Cause. The ALTER TMF, ATFORMAT command was issued, but either TMF is still
running or TMF was stopped with a STOP TMF, ABRUPT command.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. If necessary, restart TMF. Then, enter a STOP TMF command to shut
down TMF in an orderly way, and, finally, issue the ALTER TMF, ATFORMAT
command.

Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. This message should never appear in TMFCOM. Make a note of the
command entered and the circumstances. Then, contact the GCSC or your service
provider.

The ATFORMAT can only be changed when TMF is stopped cleanly.
Start and stop TMF again without specifying the ABRUPT
option.
ALTER TMF cannot specify more than one ATFormat token.
The ATFormat specified is invalid. Only 1 or 2 is allowed.
