process-name
is the name of the EMS distributor process.
filename
is the name of the log file.
Cause. A TMF error occurred.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. This message should never appear. Make a note of the command entered
and the file name. Then, contact the GCSC or your service provider.

Cause. A RESOLVE TRANSACTION command was issued without the STATE
parameter.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the command, specifying the STATE option with the desired value.
EMS distributor process process-name reported the log-file
position request is too far in the future / past the end-of-
file position on the log file filename.
The command did not supply the STATE option.
