reason-text
describes the reason for the error.
file-name
is the name of the log file.
Cause. A TMF error occurred.
Effect. The command fails if this message is not listed as a warning.
Recovery. This message appeared because the log file was unavailable for the
reason specified. Determine the specific cause of the missing log file, make the log file
available, and reissue the command.
