Cause. The currently open process returned an unrecognized error in response to an SPI
command, where return-code specifies the return code.
Effect. The command did not execute.
Recovery. Advise your Tandem representative of the circumstances of the condition.

Cause. A command referred to a window that could not be located.
Effect. The command did not execute.
Recovery. Check the window specification for correctness and then reenter the
command.

Cause. A window could not be deleted because it is currently in use.
Effect. The command did not execute.
Recovery. Enter the ABORT WINDOW command and then retry the DELETE
WINDOW command.

Cause. A window could not be added because a window with the specified name
already exists.
Effect. The command did not execute.
Recovery. Specify a unique name for the window.
