0 normal access to terminal (default).
1 BREAK access to terminal.
20 sets the display or nondisplay of keyboard data:
0 causes the next WRITE procedure to the terminal to be preceded by a
non-display video attribute, which in turn inhibits the display of all
characters following the current cursor position.
1 causes the next WRITE procedure to the terminal to be preceded by a
display video attribute, which in turn allows the display of all
characters following the current cursor position (default).
27 (set spacing mode) ignores this request.
28 (resetting to single space) ignores this request.
53 (status receipt) is not supported by the ITI protocol.
