0 causes the next WRITE procedure to the terminal to be preceded by
a non-display video attribute, which in turn inhibits the display of all
characters following the current cursor position.
1 causes the next WRITE procedure to the terminal to be preceded by
a display video attribute, which in turn allows the display of all
characters following the current cursor position (default).
