Using the SPAM Performance Data Charts and
Reports

Disc Process Activity (DPREPT)
This 132-column report shows disk process and aggregated physical disk activity. The
report includes:
•
Requests per second
•
External and internal queue and service (response) times
•
Primary and backup CPU times per request
•
Physical disk time per request
•
Primary and backup CPU utilizations
•
Primary and mirror disk utilizations
•
Swap rates
•
Free space I/O rates
This report uses the DGLOBAL and DISCINFO entities.
Parameters used are:
•
LID—specifies the Measure Load ID
•
EXCLUDE—specifies a value under which to exclude the number of requests per
second
•
SECTION—specifies the report section number
The report is sorted by volume name and logical device number.
