Using the Collected Data

Entities
OUT outfile
names the spooler collector or existing disk file to which your output is directed.
For a spooler collector (DEVICETYPE 0, SUBTYPE 31), level-3 spooling will be
used. For a disk file, it can be entry-sequenced or an EDIT file (type 101).
If you do not specify an outfile, all the output is directed to your terminal.
NOWAIT
returns control to your TACL now, rather than when the process completes.
yymmdd
specifies the date, in year, month, and day format, that the measurement was
started. TPLM checks the default volume for the measurement data.
hhmm
specifies the time, in hour and minute format, that the measurement was started.
TPLM checks the default volume for the measurement data.
REPORTS
specifies that the following six reports on the configuration of the measured system
are to be produced:
Device Distribution report
Disk report
Logical Device report
Node report
Process Pair Directory report
System Generation Values report
Entities
The Tandem Performance Load Data component creates 44 data collection entities—
all the Measure entities listed in Table 3-2 on page 3-7, plus the entities included in
Table 3-3. For an alphabetical list of all entities with their attributes and attribute
definitions, see Appendix A, Entity and Attribute Definitions.

Entity Entity Description
ALTK A disk directory entity that provides information about alternate key files.
FLABNME An ASCII name entity that identifies subvolume and file name of disk files.
GNAME An ASCII name entity that identifies system processes.
