Apportioned Program CPU Consumption (WKLOAD)
Apportioned Program CPU Consumption (WKLOAD)
This 74-column chart provides an overview of apportioned CPU consumption. The
programs that consume most of the apportioned CPU time are at the top of the list.
Interrupt busy time and disk process CPU busy time are apportioned to programs (all
processes running from a given program code file) based on message traffic and a
combination of cache hits and physical I/Os, respectively. The chart displays:
Program file name
Number of processes run from the program file
The program’s apportioned share of total CPU consumption and a graph of this
share
The cumulative apportioned share of total CPU consumption
This chart uses the GLOBINFO, DGLOBAL, and WORKLOAD entities.
Parameters used are:
LID—specifies the Measure Load ID
EXCLUDE—specifies a value under which to exclude the number of requests per
second
SECTION—specifies the report section number
The chart is sorted in descending order of total apportioned CPU time.
