attributes comprise most of the elements of your X400 correspondent name.
Section 11, “Displaying Statistics for Depot Disk Storage,” shows all the screens used
to display, for each depot, statistics on depot, folder, and item disk storage usage.
The glossary defines ADMIN terms.
Appendix A contains the national languages and character maps supported by
TRANSFER and the values used to specify them.
Section Organization
Each section of the manual describes the screens and associated tasks supporting the
function or functions explained in that section. The discussion for each screen
includes:
A statement of the purpose of the screen.
An illustration of the screen showing all its fields and function keys.
Instructions for accessing the screen.
Field descriptions that provide details on both display-only fields and data entry
fields. Fields are listed in the order they appear on the screen (left to right, top to
bottom.)
Function descriptions organized by types of ADMIN users. These users may
include, depending on the functions of a given screen, the following:
Correspondents—Users who access ADMIN to make changes to their own
TRANSFER depots or to modify interest group depots for which they have
administrative privileges.
Read-only administrators—Users permitted to view, but not modify, the
depots of other individuals and groups.
Group creators—Users who have created an interest group and so are
authorized to modify the membership list and other portions of the group
depot.
Group administrators—Users designated by the creator of a given group as
administrators for that group. They may not delete the group, but they can
modify the membership list and other portions of the group depot.
System administrators—Users with privileges for adding and deleting users
and interest groups and modifying user and group depots.
System manager—Typically the senior technical support for the TRANSFER
node, the system manager is authorized to perform system control functions
for ADMIN.
