Group Created
This is a display-only field showing the date and time this group was registered in
TRANSFER.
By. This is a display-only field showing the correspondent name of the user who
created this group.
Last Updated
This is a display-only field showing the date and time this TRANSFER profile was last
updated.
By. This is a display-only field showing the correspondent name of the user who last
updated this TRANSFER profile. If the correspondent was registered by a user-
developed application and none of the profiles has been updated since registration, the
By field is blank.
Language ID
This is an input field for the national language used for this depot. For example, the
language ID for English is 01. A value would be entered in the Language ID field for a
group profile only if an agent is defined for the group. For more details on using this
field, see the discussion on the Language ID field in Section 4, “Managing
Correspondent Profiles.”
Character Map ID
This is an input field specifying the character map that relates characters on the
terminal screen and keyboard to a base character set configured in TRANSFER. A
value would be entered in the Character Map ID field for a group profile only if an
agent is defined for the group. For more details on using this field, see the discussion
on the Character Map ID field in Section 4, “Managing Correspondent Profiles.”
Folders and D. Lists Creation Restricted to Administrators
This field specifies whether any group member can create folders and distribution lists
for this group or whether such functions are restricted to group creators and
administrators. Possible values are Y (yes) and N (no). The default is Y.
Interest Group Sign Up Restricted to Administrators
This input field specifies whether correspondents can add or delete their own names
from this group or whether these functions will be restricted to group creators and
administrators. Possible values are Y (yes) and N (no). The default is Y.
GUARDIAN 90 User ID
This is an input field for the GUARDIAN 90 user ID associated with the depot.
TRANSFER initially displays NONE in this field.
If a group’s GUARDIAN 90 user ID is changed, the password must be entered, unless
the new user ID is the same as the group administrator’s user ID or the super ID.
