What System
Administrators Can Do
As a system administrator, you can perform the same functions as correspondents and
the other administrators. In addition, you can perform these functions for distribution
lists belonging to any correspondent or any group.
To specify a correspondent for which to perform a function, enter the correspondent
name in the Correspondent field. To specify a group for which to perform a function,
enter the group name and list name or search pattern on the List Name field in the
form group name . list name .
Second Version of DISTRIBUTION LIST ATTRIBUTES Screen
When you press F7 to add a list on the DISTRIBUTION LIST ATTRIBUTES screen, that
screen is replaced by the same screen with a different set of function keys.
You get this version of the DISTRIBUTION LIST ATTRIBUTES screen when you press
F2 at the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen to show attributes of a list.

Screen-Specific Fields Screen definitions are the same for this version of the screen as for the previous
version. Users have more options on this screen, however, because of the additional
function keys displayed.
What Correspondents and
Read-Only Administrators
Can Do
As a correspondent or read-only administrator, you can perform all the functions
described for the first version of the DISTRIBUTION LIST ATTRIBUTES screen. In
addition, you can perform the following functions:
With the name of a local distribution list defined in the List Name field, press F3 to
display the DISTRIBUTION LIST MEMBERS screen.
With the name of a local distribution list in the List Name field, press SF3 to
display the DISTRIBUTION LIST X400 MEMBER screen.
