First and Last Page
Input and display fields specific to the DISTRIBUTION LIST X400 MEMBER screen are
defined in the following paragraphs.
First Page
This display field says you are on the first page of the screen.
Correspondent
This display field contain is the name of the correspondent specified in the
Correspondent field on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen or the DISTRIBUTION LIST
ATTRIBUTES screen.
Distribution List
This display field contains the name of the distribution list specified on the
DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen or the DISTRIBUTION LIST ATTRIBUTES screen. It is
an input field for users with administrative privileges, who can enter distribution list
names for groups for which they have privileges.
Country ... Numeric Y or N. This input field specifies the country for the X400
correspondent. It is a required field. The value entered in the Country portion of the
field must be two characters long if it is a non-numeric value. If the Country data is a
numeric value, it must be one to three digits long.
Possible values for the Numeric flag on the field are Y (yes) or N (no). Y indicates that
the value in the Country portion of the field is numeric. N indicates that the value is
alphabetic.
The X400 correspondent with whom you wish to correspond can supply this value, or
you can see your system manager.
ADMD... Numeric Y or N. This is an input field for the Administration Management
Domain (ADMD). It is a required field. An ADMD is a networking service that can
route your package from your own company on to another ADMD or to the
organization where your X400 recipient resides.
Possible values for the Numeric flag on the field are Y (yes) or N (no). Y indicates that
the value in the ADMD portion of the field is numeric. N indicates that the value is
alphabetic.
The X400 correspondent with whom you wish to correspond can supply this value, or
you can see your system manager.
PRMD.. . Numeric Y or N. This is an input field for the Private Management Domain
(PRMD). The PRMD is typically the service that handles your package for the
organization where your X400 recipient resides. The PRMD can be your recipient's
company or division.
Possible values for the Numeric flag on the field are Y (yes) or N (no). Y indicates that
the value in the PRMD portion of the field is numeric. N indicates that the value is
alphabetic.
