4. Company executives have decided that all members of the management
(MANGMNT) interest group should be able to find out about the latest training
news if they wish. So Susan alters this distribution list's type from C to V. Rather
than allowing only group administrators to add members to the distribution lists,
TRANSFER will now allow members to sign themselves up for the list.
Note that Susan was able to alter the attributes for this list, even though she is not
the list creator. Her system administrator privileges allow her to alter any group
or distribution list attributes.
5. Now Susan presses SF3 to get the screens for managing X400 members.
