ATTRIBUTES Screen
When you press F7 to add a folder on the FOLDER ATTRIBUTES screen, it is replaced
by the same screen with a different set of function keys.
You also get this version of the FOLDER ATTRIBUTES screen when you press F2 at
the FOLDERS screen to show attributes of a folder.

Screen-Specific Fields Screen definitions are the same for this version of the screen as for the previous
version. Users have more options, however, based on the additional function keys
displayed.
What Correspondents and
Read-Only Administrators
Can Do
As a correspondent or read-only administrator, you can perform all the functions
described for the first version of the FOLDER ATTRIBUTES screen. In addition, you
can perform the following functions:
Show the attributes of another folder by entering its name in the Folder Name field
and pressing F2.
Delete a folder that belongs to you or that you created for a nonrestrictive group
by entering its name in the Folder Name field and pressing F6.
Update the attributes of a folder that belongs to you or that you created for a
nonrestrictive group by making all the necessary field changes and pressing F8.
What Group Administrators
and Group Creators Can Do
As a group administrator or creator, you can perform the same functions as a
correspondent. In addition, you can update or delete folders belonging to groups
whose profiles reserve management privileges for administrators.
