VERIFY DELETION OF FOLDER Screen
Listing, Adding, and Deleting Folders

VERIFY DELETION OF
FOLDER Screen
You get this screen from the FOLDERS screen or the FOLDER ATTRIBUTES screen
when you try to delete a folder that still contains items. The purpose of this function is
to give you a chance to cancel the delete request and make inquiries before deciding
conclusively to delete this folder.
ADMIN Verify Deletion of Folder
Correspondent:
Folder:
You have requested that the folder named above be deleted. The folder
contains one or more items. You may delete the folder anyway, or cancel
the delete function. Press the function key for your choice:
F1 - Delete the folder anyway, then return to the previous screen
F16 - Cancel the delete function, then return to the previous screen
F15 - Help
SF14 - Recover
SF16 - Cancel the delete function, then return to the Main Menu
Screen-Specific Fields This screen has no display or input fields. It uses function keys only.
What Correspondents and
Read-Only Administrators
Can Do
As a correspondent or read-only administrators you can perform the following:
Delete a folder that belongs to you or that you created for a nonrestrictive interest
group by pressing F1. You will return to the previous screen.
Any items remaining in the folder will also be deleted.
Get the Help screen for an explanation of either the VERIFY DELETION OF
FOLDER screen or the message displayed on the advice line by pressing F15.
Cancel the deletion request and return to the previous screen by pressing F16.
Recover the VERIFY DELETION OF FOLDER screen in its previous state by
pressing SF14.
Cancel the deletion request and return to the MAIN MENU by pressing SF16.
What Group Creators,
Group Administrators, and
System Administrators
Can Do
As a group or system administrator, you can perform the same functions as the
correspondents and read-only administrators. In addition, you can delete folders
belonging to groups whose profiles reserve management privileges for administrators.
If you are a system administrator, you can delete any folder.
