Folder
Following is an example of a system administrator adding a new folder for a group. In
a second example, a group member searches for a folder he defined and then deletes it.
Adding A Group Folder System administrator Karen Tolvey needs to add a folder for the MARKT-RES group.
1. First, she presses F2 at the MAIN MENU to get the FOLDERS screen.
The FOLDERS screen is displayed with a list of Karen's own folders.
2. She enters the name for the new folder in the Folder Name field. The proper form
is
groupname.foldername
.
