The AGENTS Screen You get the AGENTS screen by pressing F6 at the MAIN MENU or by pressing F3 at
the INTEREST GROUP PROFILES screen. Use the AGENTS screen to get a listing of
the agents assigned to a depot and to add and delete agents. From the AGENTS
screen you can get the other screens involved in managing agents.
Correspondents can access the AGENTS screen to manage their own agents by
pressing F6 at the MAIN MENU. System administrators, who can create or modify
agents for any correspondent or group, can also access the AGENTS screen by
pressing F6 at the MAIN MENU. Group creators and administrators who want to
create and modify agents for a group they administer must access the AGENTS screen
from the INTEREST GROUP PROFILES screen. At the INTEREST GROUP PROFILES
screen, they can enter the group name in the Correspondent/Group field and press F3.
When a depot receives a package, a screening process begins. TRANSFER checks the
agent selection criteria in the order in which the agents are listed on the AGENTS
screen to determine which agents to invoke. The first agent for which the message
meets the selection criteria is started. Each agent indicates, by returning a code to
TRANSFER, whether subsequent agents on the list should be examined for further
processing.

Screen-Specific Fields Input and display fields specific to the AGENTS screen are defined in the following
paragraphs.
Page
This display field indicates which page you are on if ADMIN needs more than one
page to list all the agents for the depot. If only one page is required, the field displays
LAST PAGE.
