5. Donna enters a Y in the Automatic Reply field to provide a reply to people who
send her packages while she is out.
6. She enters in the Text for Automatic Reply and Forward: field the message she
wants displayed for users who send packages while she is away.
7. She accepts the other defaults and presses F8 to add the agent. TRANSFER
returns her to the AGENTS screen.
