DEPOT STATISTICS
Screen
You get the DEPOT STATISTICS screen by pressing F3 at the Main Menu. This is a
menu of screens available for displaying depot storage statistics. A screen that does
not appear on the menu is the ITEM STATISTICS screen, which is accessible from the
FOLDER STATISTICS screen.

Screen-Specific Field The input field for the DEPOT STATISTICS screen is the Correspondent/Group Name
field. It specifies the name of the correspondent or group for whom statistics will be
displayed when the other screens are selected.
What Correspondents
Can Do
As a correspondent, you can enter your own name (if not already displayed) or the
names of groups to which you belong in the Correspondent/Group field. You can
perform the following functions:
Get the STATISTICS screen by pressing F1. This screen displays the most recent
statistical samples collected for the current configuration period.
Get the AVERAGE STATISTICS screen by pressing F2. This screen initially
displays the most recent statistical averages computed for the current
configuration period. Each average is computed from several samples.
Get the OLD STATISTICS screen by pressing F3. This screen displays statistical
samples collected during the previous configuration period.
Get the OLD AVERAGE STATISTICS screen by pressing F4. This screen displays
statistical averages computed for the previous configuration period.
Get the FOLDER STATISTICS screen by pressing F5. This screen displays the
current storage statistics for folders in the depot named in the
Correspondent/Group field on this screen.
Recover the DEPOT STATISTICS screen in its previous state by pressing SF14.
