Displaying Statistics for Depot Disk Storage

Request Date
This is an input field for the date and time for which statistics are desired. When the
screen is first displayed, this field contains the date and time when the most recent
sample was taken. The format for the requested date is yyyy-mm-dd. The time format
is hh:mm.
When you specify a date and time, the statistical sample collected closest to the
specified values will be displayed. The values you specify must fall between the start
date for this configuration period (shown on the screen) and the date and time of your
request.
Sample Taken
This display-only field shows the time when the sample currently shown was taken.
Sample Interval
This display-only field shows the interval of time between samples. The interval can
be specified in days (D on the screen), hours (H on the screen), or minutes (M on the
screen).
Start Date
This display-only field shows the date statistics collection started for the current
configuration period.
TOTAL Number of Folders
This display-only field gives the total number of folders for this depot.
TOTAL Number of Items
This display-only field gives the total number of items for this depot.
TOTAL Number of Distribution List Members
This display-only field gives the total number of distribution list members for this
depot.
TOTAL Storage (bytes) . . .
This display-only field gives total disk storage in bytes for the entire depot. The four
display-only fields following give storage in bytes for each depot component.
Distribution Lists. This display-only field gives the total disk storage in bytes for
distribution lists for this depot.
Folders. This display-only field gives the total disk storage in bytes for folders for this
depot.
External Objects. This display-only field gives the total disk storage in bytes for external
objects for this depot.
