STATISTICS Screen
Displaying Statistics for Depot Disk Storage

Item Data. This display-only field gives the total disk storage in bytes for item data for
this depot.
What Correspondents
Can Do
As a correspondent, you can enter your own name (if not already displayed) or the
names of groups to which you belong in the Correspondent/Group field. You can
perform the following functions:
Enter a date in the Request Date field and display current statistics for that date by
pressing F1.
Display the FOLDER STATISTICS screen containing folder storage statistics for
the correspondent or group named in the Correspondent/Group field by pressing
F2.
Display the statistical sample taken immediately prior to the currently displayed
sample by pressing F4.
Display the statistical sample taken immediately after the currently displayed
sample by pressing F5.
Recover the STATISTICS screen in its previous state by pressing SF14.
Get the Help screen for an explanation of either the STATISTICS screen or the
ADMIN message currently displayed on the advice line by pressing F15.
Return to the previous screen by pressing F16.
Return to the MAIN MENU screen by pressing SF16.
What Read-Only and
System Administrators Can
Do
As a system administrator or read-only administrator, you can enter the name of any
correspondent or group in the Correspondent/Group field and then perform all the
same functions as correspondents.
