FOLDER STATISTICS
Screen
You get the FOLDER STATISTICS screen by pressing F5 at the DEPOT STATISTICS
screen or by pressing F2 at one of the other statistics screens. This screen displays
storage statistics at the folder level.
The figures given are based on the set of statistics you were displaying when you
requested the FOLDER STATISTICS screen. For example, if you request this screen
from the OLD STATISTICS screen, TRANSFER displays folder statistics for the date
and time specified in the Request Date field on the OLD STATISTICS screen.
If you request this screen from the DEPOT STATISTICS screen menu, TRANSFER
initially displays folder statistics for the date and time when the most recent sample
was taken.

Screen-Specific Fields Input and display fields for the FOLDER STATISTICS screen are defined in the
following paragraphs.
Page
This display-only field indicates which page you are on if ADMIN needs more than
one screen to display all folders belonging to the specified depot. If there is only one
page for this screen, the Page field shows that you are at the last page.
Correspondent/Group
This field specifies the name of the correspondent or group for whom statistics will be
displayed. When the FOLDER STATISTICS screen first appears, this field contains the
correspondent or group name shown in the same field on the previous screen.
If you clear the Correspondent/Group field, statistics will be displayed for the depot
belonging to the correspondent running this TRANSFER ADMIN session.
