the password must be entered with uppercase and lowercase letters matching exactly
the password stored in your profile.
The system administrator enters an initial password for you when your correspondent
name is registered. This initial password can follow a convention such as your last
name in lowercase letters. You can then change your password the first time you log
on to ADMIN, using the CORRESPONDENT TRANSFER PROFILE screen. The
system administrator will not be able to see the password you have chosen. See
Section 4, “Managing Correspondent Profiles.”
Executing the Functions A list of function keys at the bottom of the LOGON screen indicates what tasks you
can perform from this screen by pressing the appropriate key.
Log on and get the MAIN MENU screen by pressing F16. All ADMIN functions
are accessible from the MAIN MENU.
Recover the LOGON screen in its previous state by pressing SF14 (RECOVER).
This function can be useful if, for example, the contents of the screen become
garbled due to a communication error. RECOVER brings the screen back.
Get the Help screen for an explanation of either the LOGON screen or the message
currently displayed on the advice line by pressing F15.
Exit and return to where you were when you got ADMIN by pressing SF16.
