Deleting a Correspondent In this example, the system administrator deletes correspondent Joe Vac.
1. At the CORRESPONDENTS screen, the system administrator positions the cursor
next to Joe's name on the list of displayed correspondents and presses F6.

The VERIFY DELETION OF CORRESPONDENT screen appears with a message that
the depot still contains either folders or distribution lists or both.
2. Because Joe is leaving the company, the administrator decides to delete his user ID
anyway, with all its associated items. He presses F1.
ADMIN Verify Deletion of Correspondent
Correspondent: VAC-JOE @NORTH
You have requested that the correspondent named above be deleted. The
correspondent has one or more folders containing items and/or one or more
distribution lists containing members. You may delete the correspondent
anyway, or cancel the request. Press the function key for your choice:
F1 - Delete the correspondent anyway,then return to the previous screen
F15 - Help
F16 - Cancel the delete function, then return to the previous screen
SF14 - Recover
SF16 - Cancel the delete function, then return to the Main Menu
