Screen-Specific Field The input field specific to the CORRESPONDENT PROFILES screen is the
Correspondent field.
The Correspondent field initially displays the name shown in the CORRESPONDENT
field on the MAIN MENU when you press F5 to get this screen. System
administrators and read-only administrators can enter other correspondent names in
this field; correspondents cannot.
Note Administrators who want to view the contents of another correspondent's profiles must start from the
CORRESPONDENT PROFILES menu screen. They cannot switch to another correspondent's depot on
any of the four pages of the CORRESPONDENT TRANSFER PROFILE screen or on the two pages of
the CORRESPONDENT MAIL PROFILE screen, and they must return to the CORRESPONDENT
PROFILES menu screen and enter the correspondent's name there.
What Correspondents
Can Do
Correspondents are depot owners who can modify their own profiles. As a depot
owner, you can perform any of the following functions:
Get your own TRANSFER profile by pressing F1 to display the
CORRESPONDENT TRANSFER PROFILE screen.
Get your own MAIL profile by pressing F2 to display the CORRESPONDENT
MAIL PROFILE screen.
Recover the CORRESPONDENT PROFILES screen in its previous state by
pressing SF14. This function can be useful if, for example, the screen becomes
garbled due to a communication error. RECOVER brings the screen back.
