Correspondent
This is a display-only field showing the name of the correspondent entered on the
CORRESPONDENT PROFILES menu screen. To view the profile of a different
correspondent, an administrator must return to the CORRESPONDENT PROFILES
screen and enter a different name in the Correspondent field.
Change Password From . . . To.
This is an input field for changing the correspondent's password. For security reasons,
the current password is not displayed. If you enter values for the current and new
password, they are not displayed either.
Correspondent Created
This is a display-only field showing the date and time this correspondent was
registered in TRANSFER.
Last Session Ended
This is a display-only field showing the date and time this correspondent last logged
off from TRANSFER.
Last Updated
This is a display-only field showing the date and time of this TRANSFER profile was
last updated.
By. This is a display-only field showing the correspondent name of the user who last
updated this TRANSFER profile. If the correspondent was registered by a user-
developed application, and none of the profiles has been updated since registration,
the By field is blank.
Language ID
This is an input field for the national language used for this individual depot. For
example, the language ID for English is 01. The system administrator can modify this
ID only if TRANSFER is configured with text in the other language. For example, if
you want to alter the language to German, German text must be configured in the
TRANSFER textfile. The three special folder names would then be changed from
INBOX, OUTLOG and WASTEBASKET to their German equivalents. See your system
manager for details.
Appendix A lists languages TRANSFER supports, along with the numbers used to
specify them. Foreign language TRANSFER is not shipped automatically with base
TRANSFER. It must be acquired separately.
Character Map ID
This is an input field specifying the character map that relates characters on the
terminal screen and keyboard to a base character set configured in TRANSFER. In
