What Correspondents and
Read-Only Administrators
Can Do
As a correspondent, you can list members of a group that is a member of the interest
group displayed, and can add or delete your name from a “voluntary sign-up” interest
group, explained earlier in this section. You can perform these functions:
Display a list of the members of a group nested in the current interest group
(whose name appears in the Interest Group field) by entering the member group
name in the Member field or positioning the cursor next to the name on the list
and pressing F3.
ADMIN displays a new INTEREST GROUP MEMBERS screen to list the members
of the nested group. The fields and function keys work exactly the same way as
they do on this screen.
Add your own name to a voluntary sign-up group by entering your correspondent
name in the Member field and pressing F7.
You cannot give yourself administrative privileges.
Delete your own name from a voluntary sign-up group by entering your
correspondent name in the Member field or positioning the cursor next to your
name on the list and pressing F6.
Return to the first page of a multipage listing by pressing SF1.
Move between multiple pages of this screen by pressing the NEXT PAGE and
PREV PAGE keys.
Recover the INTEREST GROUP MEMBERS screen by pressing SF14. This function
can be useful if, for example, the contents of the screen become garbled due to a
communication error. RECOVER brings the screen back.
Get the Help screen for an explanation of the INTEREST GROUP MEMBERS
screen or the message currently displayed on the advice line by pressing F15.
Return to the previous screen by pressing F16.
Return to the MAIN MENU by pressing SF16.
