INTEREST GROUP Members Screen
Listing, Adding, and Deleting Groups

Add a member to an interest group by entering the name in the Member field,
entering Y (yes) or N (no) in the Group Admin field, and pressing F7.
(You cannot give a group administrative privileges when adding it as a member of
another interest group.)
Delete a member from an interest group by entering the name in the Member field
or positioning the cursor next to the name on the list and pressing F6.
Update the administrative status of a group member by entering the name in the
Member field or positioning the cursor next to the name on the list, entering a new
value (Y or N) in the Group Admin field and pressing F8 to update the screen.
What Group Creators and
System Administrators
Can Do
As a group creator or system administrator, you can perform the same functions as
other users. In addition, you can delete groups from the system using this screen, by
entering the name in the Member field or positioning the cursor next to the name on
the list and pressing SF6. If the interest group still has members, folders containing
items, or distribution lists containing members, you will get the VERIFY DELETION
OF INTEREST GROUP screen to confirm the deletion.
