Groups and Adding a
Group
In the following examples, a system administrator creates a group and adds some
members, one of whom is a group administrator. The group administrator, in turn,
adds a group as a member.
Creating a Group System administrator Sandy Johnson is asked to define an interest group that will
examine alternatives for emergency preparedness at her site.
1. She presses F7 at the MAIN MENU to get the INTEREST GROUPS screen.
The INTEREST GROUPS screen appears with a list of all the groups on the node.

2. Sandy enters the name of the desired new group in the Interest Group field and
presses F7.
The INTEREST GROUP ATTRIBUTES screen appears with the new group's name in
the Interest Group field.
