INTERNAL ERROR: HELP-SCREEN.
Cause. An internal error has occurred.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. Retry the function that produced the error message. If the error message
appears again, report the error and error code displayed on the advice line to the
system manager.
The second number in the error message helps in problem analysis. If this second error
number is in the 3000 range, see the error message definitions in the PATHWAY
PATHCOM Reference Manual.

PROCESS-SERVER SEND failure.
Cause. An internal error has occurred.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. If the status code displayed at the right end of the advice line is 4 or 12,
request the function again. If the error persists or if any other error code is displayed,
report the error and the status code to the system manager or the Tandem Online
Support Center.
Status codes are shown in Table 2-23.
Table 2-23. Message 5054—Status Codes
Value Meaning
1 Server class frozen. The system manager has blocked use of the server.
2,3 Resource unavailable. The PATHWAY configuration is insufficient.
4 Link denied for indeterminate reasons.
5 Server class undefined. A PATHWAY or TRANSFER configuration problem.
6 Illegal server class name. Might be a TRANSFER configuration problem.
7,8 Message or reply too large. Might be an internal error in TRANSFER.
10 Undefined reply. Might be an internal error.
11 Reply length invalid. Might be an internal error.
12 I/O error while talking to server.
13 TMF mode violation. Might be an internal error.
