Effect. The screen is unchanged.
Recovery. You are at the end of the file. Press PREVIOUS PAGE to go back towards
the beginning, or exit.

Cause. You pressed the PREVIOUS PAGE key, but there is no previous page to
display.
Effect. The screen is unchanged.
Recovery. You are at the beginning of the file. Press NEXT PAGE to go through the
file, or exit.

Previous page not available. Use FIRST PAGE key.
Cause. You have reached the limit of PREVIOUS PAGE requests that PS MAIL or
ADMIN can execute within a given function.
Effect. The screen is unchanged.
Recovery. Press FIRST PAGE to get the listing from the beginning again; then press
NEXT PAGE to page through the listing.
If the listing you requested has many pages, you can try your request again, this time
specifying a pattern for ADMIN or PS MAIL to search against. Using a search pattern
can reduce the number of items retrieved and make it easier to page through all of
them.

You pressed the FILE function key and you did not mark a piece of mail on the
previous screen.
Cause. Either you tried to file an item without marking it with your cursor, or you
tried to file mail from the SHOW FOLDERS or CREATE MAIL screens.
Effect. No items are filed.
Recovery. If the previous screen was the SCAN or SHOW ENCLOSURES screen, your
cursor was not placed at a message or enclosure. Return to the previous screen, type
the folder name, select the message or enclosure, and press F7 to file.
