If the previous screen was the LOGON or MAIN MENU screen, you cannot file mail
from the SHOW FOLDERS screen.
If you want to file a message you are creating, type the folder name in the File In field
on the CREATE MAIL or CREATE MAIL ENVELOPE screen and press F7.

Cursor must mark an entry in the list.
Cause. You did not put your cursor at the message you want to read, scan, delete,
cancel, file, add as an enclosure, reply to, or forward.
Effect. The function you wanted is not performed.
Recovery. Use your cursor to mark the message you want and retry the operation.

You can only ADD while nested from within CREATE MAIL.
Cause. You tried to add a message or a file to your workspace, but you are not
currently creating a message.
Effect. No message is added.
Recovery. Get the CREATE MAIL screen. You can then scan or read the folder
containing the desired message and add it to your workspace, or you can type a file
name on the options line and add it to your workspace.

There is no envelope to display.
Cause. You pressed SF5 to display an envelope, but your cursor was at an enclosure of
type TEXT. These types of mail do not use envelopes.
Effect. The envelope is not displayed.
Recovery. Move your cursor to mail that uses an envelope.

Added to workspace.
Cause. The message or file you selected for enclosure has been successfully added to
your workspace.
Effect. Information only.
Recovery. No recovery required.
