SmServ Request failure occurred.
Cause. An internal error has occurred.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. If the error code displayed at the right end of the advice line is 4990, request
the function again (a timeout occurred). If the error persists or another code is
displayed, report the error and the error code number displayed at the right end of the
advice line to the Tandem Online Support Center. Table 2-25 shows return codes:
