TRANSFER Errors (4000-6999)

Effect. No entries are retrieved.
Recovery. Information only.

No Queue sample data found for the current queue.
Cause. You requested the Queue Entries function, but no sample data for the current
queue was found.
Effect. No sample data is retrieved.
Recovery. If you expected queue sample data, make sure the Sampler server is
running and the Queue sample interval is nonzero.
5232
No Item Id specified.
Cause. You requested the Item Trace function, but did not specify an item.
Effect. No item is retrieved.
Recovery. To retrieve detailed information for an item, either place your cursor on the
desired item on the QUEUE SCAN or FOLDER SCAN screen and press F12, or type
the desired item ID on the MAIL MENU or ITEM TRACE screen before pressing F12.

You must specify an Item Id.
Cause. You requested the Item Trace function from the ITEM TRACE screen, but did
not supply an item ID in the Item ID input field.
Effect. No item is retrieved.
Recovery. Specify an Item ID before requesting the Item Trace function.

You must select an Item before requesting the Recipients function.
Cause. You requested the Recipients (F13) function from the ITEM TRACE screen, but
there is no current item for which recipients can be shown.
Effect. Nothing is retrieved.
Recovery. Request item trace information for a given item before requesting the
Recipients function.
