Folder's name processor is down.
Cause. The name processor for the folder name specified has been temporarily
stopped by the system operator.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. See the system operator to find out when the processor will be running
again. Try the operation again when the processor is running.

Folder has no parent.
Cause. You tried to add a folder for another correspondent, but the correspondent
name you entered is not in the TRANSFER database.
Effect. The folder is not added.
Recovery. Make sure that the correspondent name is spelled correctly and that the
name does not contain any periods.

Folder is not empty; it still contains items.
Cause. The folder name cannot be deleted until all other named objects owned by the
folder are deleted.
Effect. The folder is not deleted.
Recovery. Delete all the items in the folder and then delete it.

Network is down.
Cause. Processing a folder name required access to names on other nodes. The
network is down, so the request cannot be processed.
Effect. The request cannot be processed.
Recovery. Contact your system manager for an estimate of when the network will be
in operation. Then try the operation again when the network is running.

Can't create folder. Name already in use.
Cause. You tried to add a folder, but you already have a folder or distribution list with
that name. Thus, no folder is created.
Effect. The redundant folder is not created.
