Recovery. Report the error and the error number displayed at the right end of the
advice line to the system manager or the Tandem Online Support Center.

Error nnn getting record information <filename>.
Cause. SPREP sent this error before stopping, to indicate that something is wrong with
either TRANSFER or the GUARDIAN 90 file that SPREP attempted to access.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Check the GUARDIAN 90 file management error number nnn associated
with this problem.
<filename> is either DEPSTAT or DEPSTATO.
