Recovery. Select messages by positioning the cursor next to them or marking them
with a character.

Press F4 again to replace message in workspace.
Cause. You tried to reply to a message on the READ or SCAN screen, but there is
already a message in the workspace.
Effect. The reply screen is not displayed.
Recovery. You can either confirm the replacement of the text in the workspace with the
reply or go to the CREATE screen and send the message in the workspace.

Choose message for reply. Then press F4.
Cause. You tried to reply to a message on the SCAN screen but did not select a
message to reply to.
Effect. The reply screen is displayed.
Recovery. Select a message by positioning the cursor next to it or marking it with a

Press F5 again to replace message in workspace.
Cause. You tried to forward a message on the READ or SCAN screen, but there is
already a message in the workspace.
Effect. The message is not forwarded.
Recovery. You can either confirm the replacement of the text in the workspace with the
reply or go to the CREATE screen and send the message in the workspace.
