Enable the Exec Function in the terminal emulator configuration.
Cause. You attempted an IXF transfer, but the terminal emulator does not have the
Exec Function set to ON.
Effect. The function you wanted is not performed.
Recovery. You must update your emulator configuration.

Choose attachment to edit. Then press F12.
Cause. You tried to edit attachments on the SHOW ATTACHMENTS screen but did
not select an attachment to edit.
Effect. The function you wanted is not performed.
Recovery. Select messages by positioning the cursor next to them or marking them
with a character.

You can only cancel messages when scanning or reading the OUTLOG.
Cause. You tried to cancel a message that is not filed in the OUTLOG.
Effect. The message is not canceled.
Recovery. A message must be filed in the OUTLOG before it can be canceled. When
you send a message, a copy that can be used for canceling is automatically filed in the
OUTLOG. Wait a few moments to give TRANSFER a chance to put a copy of a posted
message in the OUTLOG. Then try again to cancel it.

No lists were found.
Cause. You tried to list distribution list names from the MAIN, CREATE, or
DISTRIBUTION NAMES screen by matching a search pattern typed on the options
line, but no lists were found that matched the pattern.
Effect. No list is displayed.
Recovery. Add more characters to the pattern to make the search criteria more specific.

Move cursor to text. Then press INSERT LINE.
Cause. You tried to insert lines on the CREATE screen but have placed the cursor
outside of the text area of the screen.
