Names may not be merged into folders.
Cause. You are trying to merge correspondent names from one distribution list to
another and the list name typed on the options line belongs to a folder.
Effect. The names are not merged.
Recovery. Type another list name.

Mark one choice for copying recipients.
Cause. On the PROFILE screen, no choice is marked for “Copy TO or CC List on
Reply.”
Effect. The function requested is not performed.
Recovery. Mark only one choice. The options are as follows:
TO—Automatically copy the “TO” recipients of the message being replied to as
courtesy copy recipients of the reply.
TO and CC—Automatically copy the “TO” and “CC” recipients of the message
being replied to as courtesy copy recipients of the reply.
None—Do not automatically copy any recipients of the message being replied to.

Select distribution list with cursor. Then press F6 to delete.
Cause. You tried to delete a distribution list from the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen but
did not select a list to delete.
Effect. The list is not deleted.
Recovery. Select an item on which to operate.

Type correspondent name. Then press F7 to add.
Cause. You tried to add recipients and distribution list names on the DISTRIBUTION
NAMES screen but did not type any names on the options line.
Effect. No names are added.
Recovery. Enter each desired name and press F7.
