Recovery. Select folders by positioning the cursor next to them or marking them with a
character.

Press F6 again to delete list and names.
Cause. You tried to delete distribution lists on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen that
are not empty.
Effect. The system asks for confirmation.
Recovery. You must confirm your request.

OUTLOG is permanent and cannot be deleted.
Cause. You tried to delete a special folder.
Effect. The folder is not deleted.
Recovery. Delete the individual messages from the folder if you want to throw them
out.

WASTEBASKET is permanent and cannot be deleted.
Cause. You tried to delete a special folder.
Effect. The folder is not deleted.
Recovery. Delete the individual messages from the folder if you want to throw them
out. Messages in your WASTEBASKET will be automatically deleted at the end of this
TRANSFER session. Messages deleted from the WASTEBASKET are permanently
removed from your depot and cannot be retrieved.

There are no messages in the selected folders.
Cause. You tried to handle the messages in folders on the MAIN screen, but the folders
are empty.
Effect. The function you wanted is not performed.
Recovery. Information only.

Choose the message to attach. Then press F7.
Cause. You tried to add a message to the workspace from the SCAN screen but did not
select a message to add.
