The workspace has no attachments.
Cause. You tried to show attachments to the workspace when there are no
attachments.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. Attach the items you want and retry the function.
7254
You cannot file messages to a distribution list.
Cause. You tried to file a message, an attachment, or text in the workspace to a name
that is owned by a distribution list.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. You must type the name of a folder or a name not belonging to a distribution
list on the options line.

The destination file is in use.
Cause. You tried to copy a message, an attachment, or text in the workspace to a
GUARDIAN 90 file that is currently opened by another application.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. You must wait until the file is no longer being used.
7256
The file is in use.
Cause. You tried to edit or add as an attachment a GUARDIAN 90 file that is currently
opened by another application.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. You must wait until the file is no longer being used.

Press F16 to return to PS MAIL.
Cause. While looking at the HELP screen, you pressed a function key that was not for
return, exit, or paging.
Effect. The function fails.
Recovery. Press F16 to return.
