Press F8 again to file folders.
Cause. You are trying to file certain folders on the MAIN screen to a destination folder
typed on the options line.
Effect. The system asks for confirmation.
Recovery. You must confirm your request.

This name is already used as a folder name.
Cause. You are trying to add a list on the DISTRIBUTIONS LISTS screen or trying to
add a list by merging to a new list name on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS or
DISTRIBUTION NAMES screen, but the name belongs to a folder.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Correct the options line by entering the name of an existing list or a name
that is not used by a folder.

Choose distribution lists to merge. Then press F8.
Cause. You are trying to merge distribution lists on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen
but did not select any lists to merge from.
Effect. No lists are merged.
Recovery. Select list names by positioning the cursor next to them or marking them
with a character.

Type correct distribution list name. The press F8 to merge.
Cause. You are trying to merge distribution lists on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen
or distribution list member names on the DISTRIBUTION NAMES screen but have
entered an invalid list name on the options line.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Correct the name before merging the list.
