Press F6 again to delete lists and names.
Cause. You are trying to delete distribution lists from the DISTRIBUTION LISTS
screen. Because the selected lists contain member names, confirmation is necessary
before deletion.
Effect. The system asks for confirmation.
Recovery. You must confirm the deletion.

The selected distribution lists are empty.
Cause. You are trying to merge distribution lists on the DISTRIBUTION LISTS screen,
but one or more selected distribution lists do not contain any member names.
Effect. No lists are merged.
Recovery. Merge lists that contain members.

Type correct distribution list name. Then press F6 to delete.
Cause. You are trying to delete distribution lists from the DISTRIBUTION LISTS
screen by typing their names on the option line. But one of the names is invalid.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Retype or remove the invalid name.

Choose names with cursor or marks. Then press F6 to delete.
Cause. You are trying to delete member names on the DISTRIBUTION NAMES screen
but did not select any name to delete.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Select names to delete by positioning the cursor next to them or marking
them with a character.

Choose names with cursor or marks. Then press F8 to merge.
Cause. You are trying to merge member names into a distribution list on the
DISTRIBUTION NAMES screen but did not select any names to merge.
Effect. The list is not created.
