The device name typed on the options line does not exist.
Cause. You tried to print or copy a message, an attachment, or text in the workspace
but typed an invalid device name on the options line.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
Recovery. Correct the options line and try the action again.

Choose folders with marks. Then press SF8 to format.
Cause. You are trying to format folders on the MAIN screen but did not select any
folders to format.
Effect. No folders are formatted.
Recovery. Select folders by positioning the cursor next to them or marking them with a
character.

DOCUMENT display translation is corrupted and not viewable
Cause. The display translation of a DOCUMENT is corrupted and cannot be
displayed.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. The last four numbers on the advice line indicate the problem. Report the
error and the error code to the system manager.

These folders are empty. Type new names and press F1 to scan.
Cause. You are trying to scan a list of folders, but they are empty.
Effect. No folders are scanned.
Recovery. Select other folders to scan.

Device does not exist. Correct options line or PS MAIL profile.
Cause. PS MAIL is trying to expand a file name using the default system name in the
depot profile. This is done whenever a temporary folder is being created (during
printing, copying, editing, formatting) or when adding a file as an attachment to the
workspace.
Effect. The requested function is not performed.
