Max Value must be in the range 0 to 9,999,999,999.
Cause. An incorrect value was specified for the Max value. The Max Value field
indicates the maximum number of records of a given type used for monitoring
TRANSFER scheduler queues. When the number of queue entries for the type of work
indicated by Work, in the queue named by the Queue field, reaches or exceeds Max
value, a warning appears.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. This is a TMANAGER message intended for the system manager. Specify a
Max value from 0 to 9,999,999,999.

The minimum non-zero sample interval is 15 minutes.
Cause. You entered a nonzero sample interval that was less than 15 minutes. The
minimum sample interval for both the DataBase Monitor and Queue Monitor is 15
minutes. A quantity of 0 indicates infinity, and no sampling will take place.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. This is a TMANAGER message intended for the system manager. If you
specify a nonzero quantity when Units is minutes (M), enter a value no less than 15.
