Recovery. Report the error, the displayed code and subcode, and the error number at
the right end of the advice line to the system manager or the Tandem Online Support
Center.

SEND failure to HELP server.
Cause. An internal error has occurred.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. If the status code displayed at the right end of the advice line is 4 or 12,
request the function again. If the error persists or if any other error code is displayed,
report the error and the status code to the system manager or the Tandem Online
Support Center.
Table 2-9 lists possible status codes.
