Recovery. Check the names to be sure that commas separate the names, that the names
are spelled correctly, and that the list does not contain more than ten names.
4504
Too many items were selected.
Cause. The number of items you requested to scan, read, or print exceeds 100;
PS MAIL 6530 cannot sort more than 100 items from all the selected folders.
Effect. The extra items were ignored.
Recovery. Select fewer folders, or enter selection criteria on the DETAILED
SELECTION screen; then request the function again.

The INBOX cannot appear in a list of folders.
Cause. You entered INBOX in a list of folder names.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. INBOX cannot be entered with other folder names. Remove it and try
again.

Date and Time Specification is invalid.
Cause. You typed a date or a time that is not in the correct form.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. Check your spelling. For the valid date and time format, press F16 to return
and then press F15 for help, or see the TRANSFER Administration Guide, Volume 1,
Reference Manual.

Specified day value is out of range.
Cause. You typed an invalid day value in the date format.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
Recovery. A day value must be in the range that is valid for the month you entered.
Check your mail profile for the expected format (month first or day first).

Cause. You typed an invalid month value in a numeric date format.
Effect. The function you requested is not performed.
