Effect. This is a delivery status code only, usually displayed in TMANAGER. The
function you requested was not performed.
Recovery. Information only.

External objects disabled.
Cause. You tried to send a package with an external object attached to a recipient on a
remote node, but the remote node TRANSFER configuration has not enabled external
objects.
Effect. Your package is not delivered.
Recovery. Check with the system manager for the remote node as to whether external
objects can be enabled for the TRANSFER configuration.

External objects not supported.
Cause. You tried to send a package with an external object attached to a recipient on a
remote node, but the remote node TRANSFER configuration does not support external
objects.
Effect. Your package is not delivered.
Recovery. Check with the system manager for the remote node as to whether
TRANSFER external objects can be supported.

Character set not supported.
Cause. You tried to send a package to a recipient on a remote node, but the remote
node TRANSFER configuration does not support the character set used in your
package.
Effect. Your package is not delivered.
Recovery. Send a package that uses the character set used on the remote node.

Can’t convert name.
Cause. You tried to send a package to a recipient on a remote node, but the remote
node could not resolve the name of the recipient to which the package is addressed.
Effect. Your package is not delivered.
Recovery. Check with the system manager to ensure that the Text server is correctly
configured.
