Transaction restart limit exceeded. Retry in a few minutes.
Cause. PS MAIL tried to restart a transaction, but there was a timeout on a message.
Effect. The transaction was not performed.
Recovery. Wait until the message is available and try again.
3030
TMF is not configured. See your system manager.
Cause. TMF is not configured.
Effect. TRANSFER cannot run on your system.
Recovery. See your system manager.
3031
TMF is not running. See your system manager.
Cause. TMF is having problems that are causing it to fail.
Effect. TRANSFER cannot run.
Recovery. TMF must be running in order for TRANSFER to operate. See your system
manager.
